After converting our own traditional rental property into a short term rental money maker, friends and family began reaching out asking us to manage and do the same for their second homes and rental houses. They were drawn to our attention to detail, staging abilities, and how we were able to help them make more money than traditional renting ever allowed, with less hassle.

With over eight years of combined experience in rental property management, we also bring knowledge from our own careers. From customer service, space design, marketing, finance and business management we’ve learned the needed skills to professionally manage a growing portfolio of homes.

Based in Tucson, Arizona, we enjoy the sun, the great outdoors (with our dog), and Tucson’s vibrant culture and culinary scenes. We believe in small businesses and helping others in our community.
